How do I send a new request?

Send your first manual request in Kreditz Vista

Follow these steps to create and send a manual request to an end-user.

  1. Open New Request
    • In the left-hand navigation menu, click New Request.
  2. Enter the end-user details
    • Fill in the required fields (for example: name, business/consumer, and any other mandatory information) so the request matches the person you’re sending it to.
  3. Choose how to contact the end-user
    • Select your preferred communication channel:
      • Email, SMS, or both.
  4. Send the request
    • Click Send.
    • The end-user will receive the request via the channel(s) you selected.
    • You’ll also receive a link to the landing page where the end-user completes the verification.
  5. Track the request status
    • After sending, the request moves to Pending
    • Once the end-user verifies their bank details, the request status updates to Unread.
    • You can track and manage your request at any time by navigating to Request Log in the left-hand navigation menu.
    • A unique Certificate Number is automatically created for your request.
