How do I resend a user invitation?

Resend a user invitation

After 3 days, the invitation email used to create a password for a Kreditz account expires. If this happens, an administrator can resend the invitation to allow the user to create a password and access their account.

Follow these steps to resend a user invitation:

  1. Navigate to User Management


    Log in to the Kreditz platform and open the User Management section.

  2. Resend the invitation


    Locate the user in the list.

    Click Action, then select Resend Invitation.

  3. New invitation email sent


    A new email invitation will be sent to the user, allowing them to create a password and access their account.

Invitation status overview

You can track the status of invitations in the Invitation Status column.

  • Accepted — The user has created a password and successfully logged in.
  • Pending — The invitation has been sent, but the user has not yet created a password.
  • Expired — The invitation has expired and must be resent before the user can create a password and access their account.
