How do I deactivate a user?
Deactivate a user in Vista

Open User Management

Navigate to User Management in the left-hand menu.

Select the user

In the Action column, click the three-dot (…) menu next to the user you want to deactivate.

Deactivate the user

Select Deactivate from the menu.

Confirm deactivation
-
In the confirmation popup, click Deactivate User to finalize the action.

After deactivation
-
Access removed
-
The user will no longer have access to the account.

User status updated
-
The user will still appear in the user list, clearly marked in red to indicate their inactive status.
