How do I deactivate a user?

Deactivate a user in Vista

  1. Open User Management

    • Navigate to User Management in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select the user

    • In the Action column, click the three-dot (…) menu next to the user you want to deactivate.

  3. Deactivate the user

    • Select Deactivate from the menu.

  4. Confirm deactivation

    • In the confirmation popup, click Deactivate User to finalize the action.

After deactivation

  1. Access removed

    • The user will no longer have access to the account.

  2. User status updated

    • The user will still appear in the user list, clearly marked in red to indicate their inactive status.
